Art. 6(1)(b) - processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
Art. 6(1)(f) - processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party.
Your personal data related to the conclusion and performance of the contract will be processed during its term, as well as for a period not exceeding the terms provided for by law, including the Civil Code and the Accounting Act, i.e. no more than 10 years from the end of the calendar year in which the last contract was performed.
Your personal data processed for the purpose of concluding and performing future contracts will be processed until you object.
You have the right to: access your personal data and obtain a copy of the personal data being processed, correct inaccurate data; request the deletion of data (the right to be forgotten) in the cases provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR; request the restriction of data processing in the cases specified in Article 18 of the GDPR; object to data processing in the cases specified in Article 21 of the GDPR; transfer the data provided, processed by automated means.
If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw). §3 Scope and purpose of personal data collection
We process the necessary personal data for the provision of services, as well as for accounting purposes, and only for these purposes.

Providing the above data is completely voluntary, but it is also necessary for the full provision of services.
The following organizations that provide services necessary for the operation of the service may have access to your data:
Hosting companies that provide hosting or related services to the Administrator
Service and IT support companies that perform maintenance or are responsible for supporting the IT infrastructure.
§4 Rights and responsibilities
We have the right, and in cases specified by law, also the legal obligation to transfer selected or all information relating to personal data to public authorities or third parties who make such a request on the basis of applicable Polish law.
The user has the right to:
a. access to personal data
The user has the right to access their personal data, which is exercised by sending a request to the Administrator.
b. correction of personal data
The user has the right to request that the Administrator immediately correct inaccurate personal data and/or supplement incomplete personal data, which shall be done upon request sent to the Administrator.
c. deletion of personal data
The User has the right to request that the Administrator immediately delete their personal data, which is done upon request sent to the Administrator. In the case of user accounts, data deletion consists of anonymizing data that allows the User to be identified. The Administrator reserves the right to suspend the execution of the request for data deletion in order to protect the legitimate interests of the Administrator (for example, when the User has violated the Rules, or the data was obtained as a result of correspondence). In the case of the newsletter service, the User may independently delete their personal data using the link provided in each email sent.
d. restriction of personal data processing
The user has the right to restrict the processing of personal data in the cases specified in Article 18 of the GDPR, including when disputing the accuracy of personal data, which is implemented upon request sent to the Administrator.
e. transfer of personal data
The user has the right to receive their personal data from the Administrator in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, implemented upon request sent to the Administrator.
f. objection to the processing of personal data
The user has the right to object to the processing of their personal data in the cases specified in Article 21 of the GDPR, which can be exercised by sending a request to the Administrator.
g. lodging a complaint
The user has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority for personal data protection.
§5 Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Administrator reserves the right to make any changes to this Privacy Policy without the need to inform Users about the application and use of anonymous data.
Changes made to the Privacy Policy will be published on this page of the Service.
The changes made shall come into force from the moment of their publication.
